Hi there! I’m Camille Lawson, and I’m on a mission to revolutionize the way women understand and manage their health, hormones, and happiness. With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, hormone educator, nutrition expert, and counselor specializing in sexuality and relationships, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering women to be their “magnificent best.”
My journey into the health and wellness space began with a deep desire to make a difference. I know firsthand that balanced hormones are the secret sauce to a productive, empowered, and joyful life. It’s this belief that drives my groundbreaking work in hormones, health, and sexuality.
I founded The Embracing Hormones community after hearing countless stories of women struggling with hormonal chaos. My own battle with severe PMS at age 39 was a turning point that led me to uncover the root causes of hormone imbalances. Through this journey, I discovered what I now call The Hormone Trifecta—a holistic approach that leads to a healthy, sustainable, and fabulous you.
At Embracing Hormones, we’re a warm community of like-minded women committed to learning, growing, and supporting one another. Here, you’ll find cutting-edge, science-based information, tips, and hacks that really work. Whether it’s through superfood nutrition, hormone hacks, or lifestyle tips, I’m passionate about helping women navigate hormonal changes with ease and confidence.
Beyond my work with Embracing Hormones, I’m also a published author, entrepreneur, and professional speaker on all things health—especially the effects of stress on well-being. I offer online courses on relationships, sexuality, hormones, and health, plus have a fun, informative Podcast, “Embracing Hormones” with guest experts so making expert knowledge accessible to everyone.
And when I’m not busy empowering others, I’m a proud mom to three amazing young adults and an avid tennis player. Staying active and healthy is a big part of my life, and it keeps me motivated to feel and look my best every single day.
